What is the Return Policy?

We here at Valicci accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of the date your item was delivered. If you have additional questions, please contact customer support here. In order to create a return, your returned items must be in perfect condition and will be subject to inspection. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

How To Create A Return.

To start a return, you can contact us here. Just simply state your order numbered the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, you will receive the instructions via email on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All overhaul orders do not include a paid return label, so if you’d like to return your item, you’ll have to pay the shipping it takes to return it.
Damages and Issues.

⠀Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In order to be eligible for a refund from a broken item, your item MUST be in it's original plastic/cardboard packaging. If you send a picture of video for damage proof but your item is outside of its original packaging, we can not offer a refund. 

The fastest way to ensure you obtain the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


If more than 24 hours since your order has been placed, we cannot refund the order as your product has already been prepared for shipment after 24 hours. until the order until the product has been received and reshipped to our warehouse:

We will then notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
