Return Policy

If you have not received an email encapsulating your tracking information you are entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund. If your order hasn't been shipped and you wish to proceed with cancelling your order, please be mindful of the timeframes listed. It can take 1-2 business days for the cancellation to process, and another 1-5 business days for your funds to be re-deposited back into your account. These timings will depend on where you live and the company you bank with. 

We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we are able to evaluate the issue at hand and make it right. Also note that orders eligible for a refund 30 days from delivery.
